So three full weeks has passed since my arrival to Santiago de Compostela. It has been a very good week, though I can say that I have come off the honey moon stage. Excitement is over and now I know what I have to do and how to do it (the norm basically).
I am doing my internship at the school directly. International Courses office, apparently I will be mapping out the North American market for teachers, professors, administrators, etc. can come to USC and perfect their Spanish. I am also translating a lot of documents from Castellano to English, which is both fun and boring.
My Spanish Language Class is officaly over on the 1st of February (tomorrow). Hortensia (professor) is a very nice lady, this whole concept of not calling your professor Dr. LAST NAME is so strange, this closeness that seems so strange. In the class there is a girl from Cuban parents (Lis) and another girl from Russia (Olga). The three of us make up the class of C1 superior speakers.
